PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS has rolled out Update 32.1(new update)

 ​PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS has rolled out Update 32.1, introducing a series of significant changes aimed at enhancing gameplay dynamics and player experience. This update encompasses adjustments to the recall system, weapon balancing, the introduction of a new Arcade mode, and a global region merge to optimize matchmaking.

Enhanced Recall System

The recall system has undergone notable modifications to provide more frequent opportunities for players to re-enter the battlefield. Key changes include 

Recall Flights Frequency: Recall flights now occur at regular intervals of 2 minutes and 30 seconds after a match begins, replacing the previous once-per-phase schedule. However, these flights cease from Phase 7 onwards. This adjustment slightly increases the total number of recall flights per match. 

Deactivation of Recall Devices: Blue Chip Towers and Blue Chip Transmitters are deactivated once the final recall flight appears, streamlining the recall process in the later stages of the game. ​

• Notification Updates: With the immediate availability of the recall system from the match's start, the previous notification indicating the activation of the Blue Chip Recall System Devices has been removed. ​

• These changes aim to reduce wait times and enhance the strategic depth of the recall feature.​

Weapon Balancing and Care Package Adjustments

Update 32.1 brings several adjustments to Care Package weapons and attachments to ensure balanced gameplay:

• Muzzle Brake: The vertical and horizontal recoil control provided by the Muzzle Brake has been slightly reduced from +10% to +8%. Additionally, camera shake control when firing has been adjusted from +50% to +35%. ​

• FAMAS: This weapon now supports QuickDraw Mag, Extended Mag, and Ext. QuickDraw Mag, enhancing its versatility in combat scenarios. ​

• MG3: The MG3 has seen a 20% increase in reload speed and a reduction in horizontal recoil by approximately 5%, making it more responsive during engagements.

• DBS: The DBS shotgun has been moved to Care Packages and is no longer available as a world spawn. Its damage has been increased from 26 to 28, rate of fire improved from 375 RPM to 480 RPM, and both vertical and horizontal recoil have been decreased by approximately 20%. Additionally, buckshot spread has been reduced by about 30%, making it more effective in close-quarters combat. ​

• Lynx AMR: This weapon has been added to Care Packages across all maps, broadening its availability to players. ​

These adjustments are designed to diversify weapon usage and ensure a balanced arsenal for players.​

Introduction of 'Hungers Left Behind' Arcade Mode

A new Arcade mode titled 'Hungers Left Behind' has been introduced, offering a heightened challenge for players. This mode increases the damage dealt by Hungers, requiring more strategic and cautious gameplay. Players are encouraged to team up and face this intensified threat together. ​

Global Region Merge for Improved Matchmaking

To enhance the matchmaking experience, a global region merge has been implemented. This consolidation aims to reduce queue times and increase the level of competition by bringing more players together globally. Beyond the major changes, Update 32.1 also includes:

• New Survivor Pass: A fresh Survivor Pass has been launched, offering players new challenges and rewards. 

• Ranked Season Commencement: The latest Ranked season has begun, providing competitive players with new opportunities to climb the leaderboards. ​

• Bug Fixes and Performance Enhancements: Various bugs have been addressed, and performance improvements have been implemented to ensure a smoother gaming experience. ​
