PUBG Mobile 0.19.0 update will arrive on July 7, the company has already announced through its Twitter handle. It will bring the recently named Livik map that is currently available in the beta version of the game. However, from previous teasers, we know a few details about Livik itself, which is the first PUBG Mobile exclusive map to date. PUBG Mobile has shared the post from its official account on Twitter stating that the 0.19.0 update will come to the game on July 7. It brings a new map called 'Livik' will be introduced to the regular version of the game with this new update. That is the only piece of information given by the team, but more can be expected in the coming days as we move closer to the July date. Livik is currently available for players to check out in the beta version of PUBG Mobile as a ‘Secret map'. Livik is going to be the first map specifically for the mobile game as all other maps like Erangel, Sanhok, Miramar, and Vikendi are taken from the PUBG for PC games and Console.

Livik is two kilometers by two kilometers in size and will bring quick matches with a maximum of 40 players in a match. Each match will last for around 15 minutes. The new map will contain new areas like a hot spring, volcano, and waterfall, among other points of interest. Game producer Rick Li said in the interview, “The waterfalls around the map will provide unique interactions with the player not available on other maps.”
The idea behind introducing the Livik map was to create a space where players can play Quick matches.“We want more people to enjoy PUBG Mobile in a more flexible way,” said producer Rick Li. He added that the map had been created keeping in mind players who wanted to enjoy a quick match whenever they had the time.
Two new weapons will be added with the new map update:- the P90 submachine gun and the MK12 burst sniper rifle.
If we talk about Erangel 2.0, the latest update from the dev team was that they are giving it some finishing touches and that it will be released in the second half of this year. Currently, there is no fixed date for the launch of Erangel 2.0 and it seems unlikely that it will be part of the 0.19.0 update on July 7.
According to Gamereactor, the new update will bring five-vs-five Armory Arena mode, in which players will rotate between 18 different weapons each time they obtain a kill. The update will also let users toggle on and off the camera rotation while focusing on their target.
